Movember follow up

Just wanted to have a little follow up about Movember.
As usual, it was a lot of fun and a lot of money was raised towards men’s health.
$15,517,230 in Australia alone to be exact!

Movember – Day 30 (The Last Day)

Well it has come to the end of Movember and my mo has come to an end.
I want to say a big thanks to all that donated to Movember over the month. Almost $150 raised via the net and in person. Fantastic!
Now it its is time to shave the bloody thing off and live a clean faced life. Which is good. I have a big meeting with the top honchos tomorrow – you know that 1st impression thing.
Again, a big thanks to all who donated and again it was a fun month. I already have plans for next years mo =)

Last week of Movember and it has been a very quiet month of donations.
You may notice that the jawline beard is gone, the rules were checked and it had to go.

Yes I know its late but here is Day 15’s update to my Movember effort.

As you can, the red is really starting to come through. And yes, the jawline is itchy as hell but its for a good cause.

Its Day 9 of Movember and finally the red mo is starting to show some life.

No its true, there is a mo there! The photo really doesn’t do it justice. You can’t even see that it runs along the jaw and up into sideburns. Maybe another week.

Movember

It is getting close to that time of the year. Movember is almost upon us.
For people who don’t know what Movember is;

Movember (the month formerly known as November) is an annual charity event held during November. At the start of Movember guys register with a clean shaven face. The Movember participants, known as Mo Bros, have the remainder of the month to grow and groom their Mo, raising money along the way to benefit men’s health – specifically prostate cancer and male depression.

I again will be partaking in this fundraiser (think its the 3rd year for me) and I hope you can spare some change to this event. So far I have stayed clean shaven for the last two months in anticipation for Movember and I will try to get pics up as the month progresses.
