Tunisian family sues over girl’s “phone rape”
A Tunisian court is looking into an unprecedented rape case filed by a Tunisian family against a man who allegedly “raped” their daughter over the phone during an erotic call, press reports said on Thursday.
Ok, run this by me one more time….
Two people talking dirty over the phone, young girls loses virginity in process. But this was not consensual so family sues.
A: How the hell do you force someone over the phone?
B: If it was not consensual, does this phone not have a ‘hang up’ function?
C: Loses virginity over the phone!
Ok I can understand that after talking dirty for a while, you can get all hot and randy. You may even touch yourself in “those” areas.
but their reasoning for the case makes no sense…
“The intercourse did take place with all its details but verbally only. The sexual act did not really happen because the physical proximity factor is not there, yet it happened because there is a direct physical impact – the loss of virginity.”
I’m sorry but I am a little lost on this one.

I suppose they meant her ‘metaphorical’ virginity of hearing such pornography? Even then, I doubt she’s as clueless as mum and dad want to think. As you said, she could have always hung up!

yeah you can allways hang up but they can keep on calling back and back and just keep on slamming down the phone a thound times and your mother can even tell the person to stop harrising theire child but It dosent sound Easy its allmost like they have you pen down in person and you will be scared for life
