Get a clue Hollywood…or at least talent

As if you needed more proof that Hollywood is full of untalented, unimaginative and useless movie makers.
What do you think the latest will be….another comic? another children’s book? or maybe the safety of a sequel?
No, its yet another remake.
My god, how can people still get funds to make something that has already been done? Where is there any new storytelling?
I tell you what, with the writer’s strike finally being resolved, this is the best they could come up with? Fuck em. I wouldn’t pay them a cent.

Bill and Ted remake gets the green light

You have got to be kidding.
This movie was hilarious at the time I saw it. No way would I class it as a classic like Goonies (which is also being remade) or Karate Kid (have also heard they are looking into remaking). And no way does it deserve the punishment of being redone.
It is a stupid (stupid but fun when I was in high school) flick but I just foresee it getting absolutely dumbed down to shit with the same sort of class as Epic Movie.
You know, if you are going to do a remake, why not choose something that is more than 20years old? It would be safer because less people would remember the original and you could try to have a legitimate reason for doing it. I said could…

I hate remakes. I am trying to think of a remake that was better than the original…..I can think of but one: The Amityville Horror. It was well done and I didn’t hate it.
Apart from that remakes are just not a good idea. Can you say Peter Jackson’s King Kong: The Movie?
